Kristo Vrager Appointed Member of the Management Board and Head of Air Traffic Management at Estonian Air Navigation Services

Kristo Vrager will join Estonian Air Navigation Services (EANS) as Member of the Management Board and Head of Air Traffic Management, starting April 1. He has extensive international experience and a strong track record in the logistics and transport sector.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Kuldar Väärsi, highlighted that Kristo stood out in a competitive selection process due to his clear thinking and people-centered leadership. “His strength lies in combining strategic vision with team engagement, which is crucial for the successful implementation of the Estonia–Finland cross-border air traffic management FINEST project and for the overall development of the organization,” Väärsi said.

Chairman of the Management Board, Ivar Värk, added that Kristo’s appointment marks an important step in the company’s growth. “Kristo is an analytical and balanced leader, capable of seeing the big picture and advancing the field of air traffic management. His experience and approach will support a united and forward-looking Lennuliiklusteeninduse,” Värk stated.

Kristo Vrager has over 20 years of experience in logistics and transport, both in Estonia and internationally. He joins EANS from Germany, where he worked at DB Schenker’s headquarters, responsible for global customer tenders and integration while leading an international team of more than 70 professionals.
