The Supervisory is empowered to take any action necessary or useful for achieveing the corporate strategic goals and supervises the management tasks carried out by the Management Board. The Supervisory Board issues orders to the Management Board to ensure the functioning of the company's internal control system and consents to transactions outside the scope of day-to-day business activities.

Based on the decision of the sole shareholder of Lennuliiklusteeninduse AS, the monthly remuneration of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board is 1,000 euros and of a Member of the Supervisory Board is 500 euros.
Decisions of the Annual General Meeting
The company has a multi-level control system. The primary purpose of a company’s audit committee is to provide oversight of the financial reporting process, the audit process, the company’s system of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.
The Audit Committee that has been established pursuant to the Auditing Act, operates under the provisions of legislation and rules of procedure approved by the Supervisory Board.

The remuneration of the chairman of the audit committee is 187.50 euros for the month of the meeting and for the members 125 euros for the month of the meeting.
Based on the proposal of the Audit Committee, the Supervisory Board approves the company´s internal audit plan for each year. The results of internal audits and suggestions for improvement are reported to the Audit Committee.
