Public recognition

EANS, despite being one of the smallest ANS Providers in the world, has emerged even on the international aviation arena as an enterprise, which is rapidly developing, efficiently functioning and providing quality services.

The most prestigious evidence of our recognition is the International Air Transport Association (IATA)  EAGLE  AWARD, received in 2003; its nominees are the best airports and Air Navigation Service Providers of the world. This valuable and honourable award is granted to those who have succeeded in the provision of economically beneficial but, at the same time, quality services to airlines being efficient in improving their services and customer relations.

In Estonian context major achievement of EANS was winning the “Estonian Quality Award” and the title of the best company in the public sector initiated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, EAS Export Agency and Estonian Association for Quality  in 2002.

In spring 2003   the Estonian  “Employee friendly employer”  contest was organised by “Äripäev” (Business Day) newspaper and “Pere ja Kodu” (“Home and Family”) magazine.  TOP 500 enterprises got invitations to participate in it. We took the III place, which is an honour for us.

In spring  2009  Estonian Transport and Road Workers’ Trade Union awarded EANS with the title of “Employee-friendly Employer 2008” in the aviation sector. The nominees were selected according to 3 criteria – remuneration, healthy and clean work environment and the attitude to the improvement of social dialogue between the Company employees and the management.
