At the annual general meeting of EANS stake owner held on 24.04.2008 Mr Juhan Parts, Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications, approved the company’s  2007 annual report that had been approved by the EANS Supervisory Board.

In 2007 the company earned 232,2 million kroons, the net profit was 82,3 milion kroons. In comparison with the previous year the net profit has grown by 10,7 million kroons, Total revenue has grown by 21,8 million kroons and the operational expenses - by 16,7 million kroons. The cash flow from operating activities were positive and made EEK 129M and ROE growth amounted to 36.7%. The investments during the year exceeded 34 million kroons.

During the year air traffic services were provided to 156 140 flights which is 11,8% more than in the previous year. The growth of controlled overflights reached 116 815 (12.5%)  and departures/arrivals in Estonia –39 325 (9.7%).  

The genral meeting also aproved the decision on the profit allocation, according to which EANS shall pay 85 000 000 kroons as  dividends. Like in the previous year, Ernst & Young Baltic AS was approved as the company auditor for 2008.
