Client’s Day

Another recurrent Client’s Day was held in EANS.
The chairman of Management Board made an overview on the business activities during the last year enabling EANS to provide quality services.
Tõnu Ader from Flight Accident Investigation Department of Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications made a presentation on the flight accidents .
Ardo Oras, Head of EANS Quality Assurance Department, made an overview on the new quality and safety management strategy created to meet customer’s satisfaction.
Viktor Popov, Chief of ATS, spoke about the activities following the previous Client’s Day; ATCO Almer Ellen presented NATO principles of national airspace utilisation
After that followed usual discussions.
