Occurrence reporting
 

Safety critical occurrence reporting actions and the list of occurrences are provided in regulation 81 of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications from 22 July 2005 – Flight safety occurrence reporting.

Occurrence reporting helps to improve flight safety, monitor trends, receive information about implementation of required safety assessment tools and corrective measures.
