In all the activities EANS functions as a CUSTOMER-, QUALITY-, ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLINESS and PERSONNEL-oriented company.
The primary objective of the company is to provide high quality, competitive and flexible air traffic services. This task requires all the employees to be focused on the same target - it is reflected in the guiding principles of our strategy:
- continuous, systematic and justified enterprise development at all levels;
- cooperation with organisations and companies at international, regional and national levels; common management of internal activities in the company;
- creation of a motivated and competent team; implementation of management principles of valuing own human resources;
- provision of the ATM infrastructure and modern ATS support technology meeting international requirements.
The relatively small scale of the company makes the implementation of employee-participation principles feasible - when everyone can make own contribution to enhancing the overall efficiency of the enterprise. Upon the whole, the small amount of company staff allows a good opportunity for an on-going dialogue and direct information flow between the employees and the management. It also can be considered in its own way a stimulating factor – the employee, when feeling he or she is needed and valued, contributes even more to accomplishing the company goals and values own work, or the work of his colleagues. In the long run we have a hard working team of co-thinkers, open to self-improvement – it in itself is a good ground for establishing an efficient and respected enterprise.
Beginning from 2008 we have common values, which have been agreed upon by both the management and the employees – they help to achieve the common goals of the company in the most effective way.
EANS strategy has set up big challenges for the near future: integration of the air traffic management system and other supporting processes into one common management system, covering quality, safety, information administration, security, crisis, healthcare and environment management.
We believe that success is secured by the following principle: only a company that is globally thinking, rationally acting, continuously developing and highly appreciating own employees can succeed already tomorrow!
